Sister Christison JR
Searching high and low for anyone who will listen!!
still searching...
found one!!!
there may not be much in Grand Junction, but still searching...
The Christmas season came and went very quickly, but very enjoyable. We loved having Lance visit us and of course our time with the missionaries is always treasured. With thirteen new missionaries on New Years Day we can't wait to get this year started!
Last October, President Christison called our daughter Randee to serve a mini-mission. With only a weeks notice she faithfully packed up and drove to Grand Junction to serve as a full time missionary. Loving every second of serving in Colorado she worked hard, served many, and had experiences she will never forget. We are very grateful to her and Mason for their participation in the mission.

Christmas 2007
MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE MISSION FIELD
We blink our eyes and six months passed by. It's true, when your having fun time flies. We learn on a daily basis that there are no coincidences, they are just Gods way of remaining anonymous so our faith in Him can grow. We wanted to reflect with you the blessings of the birth of the Savior, Jesus Christ. As we look to the light of the world and strive to emulate His teachings we have found peace in troubled times. We know we must do the same as the wise men of old. They sought out Christ and found him. Those who are wise still seek him today.
We are overwhelmed with love for the missionaries serving in Colorado Denver South mission. Each of them has a story to tell of their testimonies and experiences. We can't get enough of them! We were blessed to visit Israel before we came on this mission. While there we got gifts for each of the missionaries. As we shared these sacred things from Jerusalem in our Christmas Conference, our lives were changed forever. It is no sacrifice at all to be doing the Lords work at Christmas time...the best time to be on a mission. We hope Christ will be in each of your lives throughout the whole year. Merry Christmas! President and Sister Christison and Mason (the Assistants assistant) (If you will look again on this blog page in January we promise to update it. we might even tell you about our favorite Sister missionary, Randee)
